I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am to you and to know that there are people like you to help others when they’ve lost hope and consistently worry in the months and weeks leading up to the holiday season knowing that they might not be able to provide for their own. This is mine and my daughter’s first time ever needing something like this. I’ve always been on the giving side and have hosted a family before when times were a bit less difficult.
This year, along with last, has been rough on me financially as a single parent. I’ve been doing all I can to make sure she has everything she needs but it’s extremely tight to the point where I spend many nights now wondering if I will be able to give her something she may want.
