Hi,
I have 2 amazing boys that deserve the world. My oldest son is autistic and has other mental health disabilities. Because of the attention and support he needs I haven’t been able to work full time in about 4 years. I do my best to get side jobs and support us but it is definitely a struggle. I try to make sure my youngest feels the same amount of attention all the time but holidays is when I can really make sure they feel equal and seen. They are both the most resilient kids I know and have both been through more then any kid should, including my oldest losing his father earlier this year and my youngest needing to sometimes act like the older sibling in some situations. I just want them both to wake up Christmas morning, like I use to when I was little, and for a day being able to have no worries, melt into presents, and be a kid, like all kids deserve. I truly appreciate anything anyone is willing to give and help with. I hope your holidays are as amazing as you are for being a part of such an awesome program. Thank you!!
