About the family

The Panda Family

When we blended our two families one of our kids joked that we were blending black and white like pandas so we should be the panda family. We all laughed but then another kid said it kind of does explain us though, gentle and wise but fierce and strong. So we call ourselves the panda family. other than another child who insists she is a sloth and not a panda haha. We had two deaths in the family right after Christmas last year which made the beginning of the year start rough and then we found out we were pregnant. this pregnancy has had a lot of complications which has created a lot of hardships. With everything that has happened we have only grown closer and embraced the sense of family time. we like doing family outings like bowling, mini golf, swimming, movie nights, park days, picnic/zoo days.

To Our Host A Family, With everything that has gone on this year we have been trying to just make it and focus on being together to grow and heal. Paying the bills has always been the priority and extras haven’t so we appreciate any help, and we are beyond thankful that there are programs like host a family to allow the girls to have a Christmas that we only wish we could give them.
